Our Seattle event spaces have been custom-designed to create elegant, innovative rooms that reflect a sense of craft and attention to detail, with rich wood finishings, custom Axminster carpets and beautifully textured upholstery.
Constructed in 1929, the original Roosevelt Hotel was conceived by local visionaries and built by the Pacific Northwest’s finest suppliers, artisans and skilled craftsmen. This pioneering spirit and dedication to workmanship can be seen in the hotel’s latest re-imagining as the Hotel Theodore.

Atrium

A stylish, comfortable space with infinite possibilities

We’ve handcrafted this large, open-concept room in the true Theodore spirit — with an inventive, relaxed décor, making the Atrium equally suitable for formal wedding receptions, post-rehearsal cocktails, or as a stylish venue for the ceremony itself. Overhead skylights and large floral murals give this room an airy, open feel, while plush, textured furnishings make it easy for guests to relax. A staircase leads up to our Mezzanine; these two levels of event space can be combined for larger events.

Cabinet

A private corner boardroom that’s a touch above the expected.

Have a small group of up to ten people and want something a bit more refined than your standard boardroom? Our Cabinet room is equipped with a walnut conference table, comfortable leather chairs, AV equipment and walnut flooring, creating a contemporary, elegant space that inspires productivity. Located on the corner of the 2nd floor, with three windows overlooking 7th and Pine Streets, it provides both privacy and a view to the outside world.

Carlson

A sizable event space that can be transformed as you wish.

Our largest meeting room, the Carlson room can accommodate groups up to 100 people. It can be set up in a variety of configurations, whether you’re organizing a motivational seminar, business reception or celebration banquet. A large, ceiling-mounted, drop-down screen makes presentations easy yet impressive.

Graham

Not just a basic boardroom, the Graham inspires innovation.

This intimate and collaborative work lounge is ideal for small groups who need space for brainstorming their next innovations. Designed to help spark creativity, the Graham has lots of natural light, and is equipped with two comfortable seating areas: one includes a table and four chairs, while the other has casual swivel chairs and low lounge work tables. There’s also a dry-erase glass board and LCD screen.

Mezzanine

For pre- and post-functions, and everything in between.

Our pre-function mezzanine overlooks the hotel’s Atrium and is located directly off the Carlson, Graham and Wright meeting rooms, creating a convenient overflow space that can be used for everything from pre-function check-ins to break-out sessions and post-event cocktails.

Wright

A versatile event space in the heart of downtown Seattle.

This unique L-shaped room offers a variety of set-up possibilities, making a versatile space that can be used for anything from creative presentations to strategic planning sessions. With four windows facing Pine Street, the room is bathed in natural light. Exits on either side of the room minimize disruptions, and a large, ceiling-mounted, drop-down screen makes for impressive presentations.
