Our Seattle event and meeting spaces for rent have been custom-designed to create elegant, innovative spaces that reflect a sense of craft and attention to detail, with rich wood finishings, custom Axminster carpets and beautifully textured upholstery.

Located on the 2nd floor of Hotel Theodore, with windows overlooking Pine Street, each of our meeting rooms has plenty of privacy, and ample natural light. All come with complimentary Wi-Fi and state-of-the-art audio-visual technology. If you need extra space, your event can spill into our beautifully designed pre-function mezzanine or the two-story atrium one level below.

To make your event even more memorable, all our Seattle event catering is done on-property by the chefs at Rider. Our downtown Seattle restaurant celebrates two of the Pacific Northwest’s most defining characteristics: the forest and the ocean. Choose from an array of menus that feature everything from craft coffee drinks—perfect for morning meetings— to locally-caught-seafood platters for an elegant evening soiree.
