Our four meeting rooms have been custom-designed to create elegant, innovative spaces that reflect a sense of craft and attention to detail, with rich wood finishings, custom axminster carpets and beautifully textured upholstery. Located on the 2nd floor of Hotel Theodore, with windows overlooking Pine Street, they have plenty of privacy, and ample natural light. All come with complimentary Wi-Fi and state-of-the-art AV/technology. If you need extra space, spill your event over into our beautifully designed pre-function mezzanine or the two-story atrium one level below. To make your event even more memorable, all of our Seattle event catering is done by the chefs at Rider, our on-site restaurant, with an array of menus that feature everything from craft coffee drinks to locally inspired seafood snack platters.
